NPU RSPG Coordination Center Organizes Online Training on School Botanical Garden Implementation in Nakhon Phanom
On 17 June 2026, the RSPG Coordination Center of Nakhon Phanom University (NPU) organized an online training program on the Implementation Guidelines for the School Botanical Garden Project in Nakhon Phanom Province via Zoom Meeting.
The opening session was led by Assistant Professor Dr. Khomsak Hanchai, Director of the Research and Development Institute, who provided policy directions and guidance for advancing the School Botanical Garden initiative.
Program Highlights
During the morning session, Ajarn Jiraporn Sumangka, Deputy Director of the RSPG Coordination Center at Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, delivered a lecture on the implementation framework and operational guidelines for the School Botanical Garden Project.
In the afternoon session, representatives from Ban Na Khu School and Renu Witthayanukul School shared practical experiences, operational processes, challenges encountered, and effective solutions for managing school botanical gardens.
Objectives
The training aimed to enhance participants’ knowledge and understanding of the School Botanical Garden Project under the Royal Initiative, enabling schools to effectively plan, implement, and manage botanical garden activities in accordance with the project’s principles and relevant operational guidelines.
