RDI,NPU Undergoes Internal Quality Assessment (Support Unit Level) for Academic Year 2025

On June 30, 2026, the Research and Development Institute (RDI) at Nakhon Phanom University underwent the Internal Quality Assessment (Support Unit Level) for the academic year 2025. Assistant Professor Dr. Chanwich Suwanaphong, Deputy Director of Research Management and Information Systems, presided over the opening session and welcomed the assessment committee at Meeting Room 2, Solar Energy Research Demonstration Building, Research and Development Institute, Nakhon Phanom University.

The Internal Quality Assessment Committee for the academic year 2025 consisted of:

  • Asst. Prof. Dr. Somboon Chaichaikhong – Chairperson (Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University)

  • Asst. Prof. Dr. Worawut Inthanon – Committee Member (Nakhon Phanom University)

  • Asst. Prof. Dr. Aditheptyakan Pachanawan – Committee Member and Secretary (Nakhon Phanom University)

  • Mrs. Apaporn Suphon – Assistant Secretary (Nakhon Phanom University)

The Research and Development Institute achieved a total score of 7 based on the internal quality assurance standards of the NPUQA-B system, which is categorized as follows:

  • B1: Percentage of organization achievement according to the performance agreement – 7 points

  • B2: Percentage of institutional strategic indicators achieving targets according to the strategic plan – 7 points

  • B3: Average score of organization assessment among the support unit group – 6 points

During the reporting session, the Research and Development Institute presented its achievements from the past year across various areas, along with a self-assessment based on its strategic goals. The committee provided constructive feedback on each indicator to help the support unit improve its quality in accordance with the quality assurance mechanisms and operational guidelines. This assessment allows the institute to understand its current status, which will lead to establishing development approaches or formulating an institutional quality improvement plan aligned with the predefined standards, continuously driving forward through the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) quality cycle.
