On July 5, 2026, the Research and Development Institute (RDI) at Nakhon Phanom University held the second day of the workshop titled “Developing Research Proposals for External Funding: Strategic Fund (SF) Category by the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT).” Professor Dr. Surasit Wachirakhachon, Vice President for Research and Academic Services, visited the venue to observe the workshop activities and encourage the participants.
