The Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, in collaboration with the French government, is inviting research project proposals under the Franco–Thai Cooperation Programme in Higher Education and Research / Franco–Thai Mobility Programme / PHC SIAM for the fiscal years 2027–2028. Applications are open from May 14 to July 31, 2026.
