RDI, Nakhon Phanom University Organized a Workshop to Support Career Advancement for Support Staff

On 7–8 April 2026, the Research and Development Institute (RDI), Nakhon Phanom University, organized a personnel development workshop aimed at supporting support staff in applying for higher professional positions.

The workshop was honored by the participation of Mr. Phathit Kongsoma and his team, together with Dr. Watcharapong Saengnil, who served as guest speakers and shared their knowledge and professional experiences throughout the training sessions. The event was officially opened with welcoming remarks by Assistant Professor Dr. Komsak Hanchai, Director of the Research and Development Institute.

The objective of this workshop was to enhance support staff’s knowledge and understanding of the criteria, procedures, and guidelines for applying for higher professional positions, as well as to strengthen their skills in preparing academic and professional outputs, such as operation manuals and Routine-to-Research (R2R) work, which are essential for career advancement.

Personnel development is considered a key mechanism for organizational growth, particularly for support staff who play an important role in driving the university’s mission forward. Supporting staff career progression not only enhances individual competencies but also contributes significantly to improving the overall quality and effectiveness of the organization.

This training activity represents another important step in strengthening the capacity of support staff by equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills required for career advancement and supporting the sustainable development of Nakhon Phanom University’s operational performance.
