เมื่อวันที่ 31 พฤษภาคม 2568 ณ ศูนย์เรียนรู้ไทญ้อ บ้านโนนตาล ตำบลโนนตาล อำเภอท่าอุเทน จังหวัดนครพนม คณะทำงานโครงการ Reinventing University มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม ได้จัดโครงการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร “การยกระดับผลิตภัณฑ์จากทุนวัฒนธรรมโดยใช้แนวคิดเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ (Soft Power) สู่การสร้างรายได้เชิงพื้นที่อย่างยั่งยืน” ภายใต้โครงการ “กลไกการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์บนฐานทุนวัฒนธรรม ลุ่มแม่น้ำโขง นครพนม (Reinventing University)” โดยได้รับการสนับสนุนงบประมาณจากสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (สป.อว.)
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้ประกอบการและวิสาหกิจชุมชน ในการต่อยอดทุนวัฒนธรรมสู่การสร้างสรรค์สินค้าและบูรณาการผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชน เพื่อเพิ่มมูลค่าและสร้างรายได้อย่างยั่งยืน โดยมี ดร.อุษา ประชากุล นักออกแบบและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ เป็นวิทยากรในการอบรม ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการประกอบด้วยกลุ่มผู้ประกอบการทอผ้าบ้านโพน กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนครกบ้านกลาง รวมถึงนักเรียนและนักศึกษาในพื้นที่อำเภอท่าอุเทน จังหวัดนครพนม
หลักสูตรการอบรมนี้เป็นหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรชุดวิชา (Non-degree) แบ่งออกเป็น 3 โมดูล รวม 45 ชั่วโมง ได้แก่
โมดูลที่ 1: การเล่าเรื่องราวผลิตภัณฑ์ผ่านสื่อ (Storytelling) (10 ชั่วโมง)
โมดูลที่ 2: การสร้างแบบจำลองและการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ (18 ชั่วโมง)
โมดูลที่ 3: การสร้างสรรค์ธุรกิจและการเป็นผู้ประกอบการ (17 ชั่วโมง)
เมื่อผู้เข้าร่วมผ่านการฝึกอบรมครบทั้ง 3 โมดูล สามารถนำผลไปเทียบโอนผลการเรียนเป็น 1 รายวิชา (3 หน่วยกิต) ในหลักสูตรระดับปริญญาตรีของมหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม

On May 31, 2025, the project management team of the Reinventing University Project at Nakhon Phanom University organized a training program at the Tai Yo Learning Center in Ban Non Tan, Non Tan Subdistrict, Tha Uthen District, Nakhon Phanom Province.
The program, titled “Enhancing Products from Cultural Capital Using the Creative Economy Concept (Soft Power) Towards Sustainable Area-Based Income Generation,” is part of the broader initiative, “Driving the Creative Economy Based on Cultural Capital in the Mekong River Basin, Nakhon Phanom (Reinventing University),”supported by the Office of the Permanent Secretary for Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (OPS MHESI).
This training program aims to empower local entrepreneurs and community enterprises to unlock the potential of cultural capital, creating innovative products and integrating them into local economies to enhance value and promote sustainable income generation.
The workshop was led by Dr. Usa Prachakul, a specialist in product design and development. Participants included members of the Ban Phon weaving group, the Ban Klang clay mortar community local enterprise group, and students from Tha Uthen District, Nakhon Phanom Province.
This non-degree certificate program comprised three modules totaling 45 hours:
Module 1: Storytelling – Communicating Product Narratives through Media (10 hours)
Module 2: Prototyping and Product Development (18 hours)
Module 3: Business Creation and Entrepreneurship (17 hours)
Upon completing all three modules, participants can transfer the credits earned to one course (3 credits) in the undergraduate programs at Nakhon Phanom University.
