The following twenty outstanding female researchers were awarded the 2022 APEC-Australia Women in Research Fellowship:
1. Dr. Aemi Syazwani binti Abdul Keyon from Malaysia, who will be partnering with the University of Tasmania.
2. Dr. Anggia Prasetyoputri from Indonesia, who will be partnering with the University of Melbourne.
2. Dr. Annavi Villanueva from the Philippines, who will be partnering with the Univerisity of New South Wales.
4. Dr. Bidhari Pidhatika from Indonesia, who will be partnering with Flinders University.
5. Dr. Darshanaa Chellaiah from Malaysia, who will be partnering with the University of the Sunshine Coast.
6. Dr. Diana Pérez Staples from Mexico, who will be partnering with Macquarie University.
7. Dr. Duangkamon Baowan from Thailand, who will be partnering with the University of Newcastle.
8. Dr. Gwendolyn Ban from Papua New Guinea, who will be partnering with the University of South Queensland.
9. Dr. Ivy Chung from Malaysia, who will be partnering with the University of Melbourne.
10. Dr. Kwanjira Kaewfak from Thailand, who will be partnering with Western Sydney University.
11. Dr. Alice Chuah from Malaysia, who will be partnering with Monash University.
12. Dr. Minh Thuy Le from Vietnam, who will be partnering with the University of Technology Sydney.
13. Dr. Morelia Camacho-Cervantes from Mexico, who will be partnering with Monash University.
14. Dr. Thuy Thi Nguyen from Vietnam, who will be partnering with the University of Technology Sydney.
15. Dr. Olivia Cabrera from the Philippines, who will be partnering with the University of Western Australia.
16. Dr. Puah Suat-Moi from Malaysia, who will be partnering with the University of Technology Sydney.
17. Dr. Siti Norashmah Surip from Malaysia, who will be partnering with La Trobe University.
18. Dr. Syuhaida binti Ismail from Malaysia, who will be partnering with the University of Melbourne.
19. Dr. Thuy Thi Dieu Ung from Vietnam, who will be partnering with RMIT University.
20. Dr. Yan-Qin Shen from the People's Republic of China, who will be partnering with RMIT University.
